Payment Policy

Pre-paid by all major credit cards (via paypal), company check or cash only. All orders are processed assuming that they will be shipped complete. However, back orders do occur, and these items will be shipped as they are available and you will be charged accordingly.

Shipping Information

Truck Shipments: Our items are shipped via the least expensive way, however, the type of loading and unloading may require a specific trucking carrier to be used. The freight will be shipped "Freight Prepaid" and be added to your total invoice/receipt accordingly. If you have a preferred method of transportation please specify in writing at the time of order. Otherwise, all shipments will be coordinated by Advanced Seasonal Innovations.

Please allow at least 20 business days for delivery before calling on order status. If you have an order inquiry or a problem upon receiving your merchandise, call (616) 842-0009.

Shortage

Damaged Goods - If an item reaches you in a damaged condition, notify the carrier and us at once. Please do not return damaged or broken merchandise to us unless you receive our instructions to do so. This is necessary so that you do not lose your right to file a claim. All claims for damaged goods or shortages must be made within ten days of invoice date.

Return Procedure

No returned merchandise will be accepted without a valid reason - and only with our prior authorization. Upon receipt of merchandise, a credit will be applied to your credit card. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to any returns unless ASI is at fault.
